Frequently Asked Questions
How does it work?
At a frequency decided by you at the time of joining you will receive your wine delivery. You may choose between every 6 months or quarterly. Seven days before your delivery you will be notified via email that your wine delivery is coming. . If your credit card cannot be charged we will contact you and invite you to update your details via our secure website. If payment details aren’t updated by the scheduled dispatch your delivery will be skipped for the period.
When will my wine arrive?
You will receive a tracking email, which includes a tracking code, when your wine delivery has been dispatched. You will be able to track your delivery through our delivery partners system.
What if I'm not at home?
Not a problem. All deliveries from Brand’s Laira travel must be signed for on delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a card for you to collect your wine at your local post office. Alternatively, you may wish to have your wine delivered to a work address – simply update your address via your online account.
I don’t want my wine delivery this time – what do I do?
You can skip (pause) your wine delivery by logging into your Brand’s Laira account via our secure website. Simply skip the delivery – and wewill send you an email confirming this. You cannot skip a delivery if it is within 5 days of the dispatch date. If you skip 2 consecutive deliveries Brand’s Laira will cancel your subscription (and you will be notified via email).
How long am I enrolled for?
For as long as is convenient for you – we understand things change. You are able to manage your wine subscription by logging into your Brand’s Laira account via our secure website. Here you may cancel your subscription at any time, without penalty.
Wine Club Terms and Conditions
By subscribing to the Brand’s Laira wine club, I understand that I am signing up to receive regular wine deliveries at a frequency I choose. I authorise Brand’s Laira to debit my credit card with the cost of my wine purchases as they occur. If your credit card expires or is changed between now and your next delivery you will be notified via email and be required to update your details through the Brand’s Laira secure website by logging into your customer account. I acknowledge that I can manage my wine subscription through the Brand’s Laira secure website by logging into my customer account and that if I skip (pause) 2 or more consecutive deliveries Brand’s Laira will cancel my subscription. All wine club preferences may be updated at any time by logging into the Brand’s Laira secure website.
